This is me… then a picture of me and my little princes!

I thought I better update this About Me section, as quite a lot of it is out of date. So, I’m 23 now, I’m no longer a single mum, I’m living with my partner Steven now, as well as Abigail of course. We’ve been together about 8 months and we’re expecting our first child together… A little boy due 16/01/2009. I never expected to find anyone who I wanted to share my life (as well as my house) with, but I have, and I now can’t imagine life without him (how sick inducing is that? lol). We’re a proper little family now which will be made even better when our Baby Boy arrives!

I am  still a huge fan of Liverpool FC after I was bought up on it by my Dad. Fortunately Ste is as big a fan as me so we enjoy many a night/afternoon watching the match with friends (and invariably Abigail wearing the kit my Dad bought her!) Feeling quietly confident about what they will achieve this season too… Liverpool that is…. So watch this space. 

I’m currently working part time in Chesterfield, for the NHS as a secretary to the Specialis Heart Failure Nurse Team. Only been in the job a couple of weeks, but absolutley loving it. I just do 3 days a week, which is ideal for the work/home balance as full time was getting a bit much and now with the pending arrival and the fact that I am not totally reliant on my own wages anymore, part time made more sense, plus it’ll be suitable when I return to work after baby! I’ll be finishing on 19th December for Maternity Leave, which as much as I’m enjoying the job, I’m looking forward to, because that means it’ll be nearly time to meet my baby Boy!!

So it’s all change at the moment, and most of it is for the better which makes a change for me!
